What is a guest user?​

A guest user is a user who is registered on our platform but has not purchased any subscriptions. They can create tenancy agreements but cannot access other platform features such as property listings, property management, and other management.

One-time payment for Tenancy Agreement?​

Yes, aa a guest user you can pay for a tenancy agreement one-time. This payment is used to create a tenancy agreement and e-sign the tenancy agreement.

How do I make one-time payment for Tenancy Agreement?​

  • Follow the tenancy creation process mentioned in the Tenancy Agreement section.
  • On the Print and Download page, select the "One-time Payment" option.
  • Complete the payment form and submit.

Your tenancy agreement will be unlocked and you will be able to complete the tenancy process such as e-signing, downloading signed documents, etc with ease.
