Tenancy type and duration
- Fixed Term Tenancy – A contract where the tenant agrees to stay in the property for a fixed period.
- Periodic Term Tenancy – A contract where the tenant agrees to stay in the property for a specified period, with the possibility of renewal.
Tenancy duration
Here you can choose the duration of your tenancy with starting dates and ending dates.
Move-In Details
Does the tenant gets to move-in before the agreement is signed? If yes, then you can choose the date.
